Dumbbells
Alright y’all, dumbbells are so useful. You can build muscle so easily with them as long as you push yourself during your workout. Whenever I am strength training, I use 15lbs-30lbs dumbbells depending on how strong I’m feeling. For Pilates classes, I use 2-4lb dumbbells to really feel that burn. For strength training dumbbells, I prefer the ones with the metal bar and for pilates, I prefer the rubber coated ones because they are easier to use when you’re super sweaty. Links—->
